RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wear The Chosen Few, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Preference-related issues

Please review our size charts carefully before placing an order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at wearthechosenfew@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are generally not eligible for refund or replacement unless otherwise determined during the carrier's investigation.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

Because all items are produced specifically for each order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Wear The Chosen Few before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
