SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Wear The Chosen Few. Every item is made to order through our trusted production partner, Tapstitch, helping us reduce waste and create products specifically for you.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All orders are made to order and typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

During product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, production times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 5–12 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already entered production, Wear The Chosen Few may be unable to modify the order. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Wear The Chosen Few is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and their local postal service.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wearthechosenfew@gmail.com.

A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Wear The Chosen Few is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because all products are made to order, orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
